The Role

As Lyte's Office Manager/ Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in the success and happiness of the Lyte team. Our ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with an innate ability to get things done. As our Office Manager/Executive Assistant, you’ll manage our offices daily operations, assist our team with scheduling and admin tasks, and coordinate onsite interviews. We are looking for a person to build and maintain a productive, happy, and welcoming work environment. This role is based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional administrative support for the team across multiple departments
  • Schedule internal and external meetings on behalf of team members
  • Office management: Manage new office search, office budget and more.
  • Help organize our office and make it a fun/collaborative environment. This includes managing the ordering of snacks and supplies, space planning, tidiness, vendor coordination, printing and shipping, and conference room appearance/functionality
  • Greet visitors providing general assistance for the duration of visit
  • Assisting with all events including offsites, team meetings, happy hours, holiday events, ect
  • Recruiting & Onboarding Support: Plan and schedule on-site Interviews, manage the candidate experience, as well as new hire onboarding. Help source outbound candidates and phone screen candidates.
  • Special projects for the CEO and Chief of Staff to CEO
  • Be a cultural ambassador of the team

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, tech or startup experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding meeting and time management skills
  • Creative problem solver that is able to think outside the box
  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
