Lyte is seeking a Partnership Manager to build success across Lyte’s network of Ticketing and Distribution partners. A Partnership Manager is a partner’s advocate. A PM optimizes their accounts to ensure each partner is properly onboarded, fulfills partnership requirements, and effectively tracks partner performance; the goal is to best serve the shared interest of Lyte and our partners. This role is critical to the success of our organization as our ticketing partners facilitate Lyte adoption and awareness at scale, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience for fans.

This role will:

  • Ensure Partners effectively navigate through their initial Lyte onboarding, dynamically reviewing the effectiveness of each touch point
  • Drive Partner growth by executing actionable launch-plans pre and post Lyte integration
  • Monitor and track Partnership health (revenue, promoter saturation rates, etc) and provide quantitative updates via CRM
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing Partners with insights and structured guidance for leveraging the full scope of Lyte
  • Execute measurable campaigns to drive adoption within Ticketing partner ecosystems, leveraging public relations, social media, conferences, online marketing, direct marketing, and partner programs
  • Capture KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Create and update partner decks, demos, proposals, and various marketing tools for use by the Ticketing Partnerships team,

A Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have 3+ years of relationship management experience
  • Possess expertise of the industry with a thorough knowledge on ticketing world dynamics
  • Ability to manage Partner expectations and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Be a confident guiding force for their partners, a source of ideas, best practices and actionable information
  • Demonstrated ability to support Marketing, Business Development, proposal creation, and other efforts towards successful Partner acquisition and retention
  • Have successfully harmonized the interests of a high-growth company and demanding partners
  • Demonstrate sound judgement, using data and business-driven rationale for independent decision-making
  • Keep a positive attitude and know how to manage stressful/frustrating situations
  • Be comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in a high-growth, mid-stage startup environment
  • Be a transparent communicator with internal and external constituents

Key Technical Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills - able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to digest and discern data from many sources and create a data driven narrative
  • Ability to be able to effectively work remotely
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to effectively manage CRM
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
