Lyte is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to oversee and lead our Client Services team. This group manages and grows our existing client accounts by devising client management strategy, developing client relationships and delivering both company and client objectives. This team is measured in Client satisfaction (reflected in retention rates) and revenue.

This role will:

  • Oversee and lead the Client Services team
  • Create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients to ensure that the company’s existing client revenue target is achieved
  • Shape and guide the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives
  • Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement. Be the “voice of the client” within the company
  • Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service
  • Drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients
  • Ensure that the team is continually developing its business and marketing expertise
  • Develop highly effective teams that attract the best account people in the industry; develop leaders
  • Contribute to the development of a culture that enjoys the challenge of meeting stretching financial and performance targets
  • Be responsible for self-development and seek opportunities for same

The successful candidate will:

  • Previous experience and involvement in growing same-client revenue
  • Knowledge of live events, e-commerce, web technology and online marketing concepts
  • Significant experience in a senior management or executive level position
  • Strong marketing thinking and understanding of the communication disciplines
  • Excellent time management, finance skills and attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent, clear and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and coaching and mentoring individuals
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field of study
